PPPP ROUTE MAP
This map, which is relevant today, was first presented in Brussels in 2005.
It illustrates the development and synergy of citizen interaction, Union self-awareness, group challenges and digital skills, as well as the usefulness of the essential TeamFinder and other necessary team tools.
Behind the "Personal" map layer, three corresponding roadmaps are glimpsed: the Political-Public-Private (PPPP) layers.
The synchronized development of these four processes will lead to a new level of EU cooperation.
The interaction between the layers in the new era could be represented by an "Elevator" function, which would ensure cross-sectoral technical, economic and social understanding, including perspectives, logic and terminology.
The PPPP development is vital regardless of the future state form of the EU (federal/federal state).
The European Union is a success story of human rights, languages and the peaceful coexistence of peoples.
Its PPPP partners must also contribute to this strength.
1. The Union’s homepage should be a pleasant central place for all EU citizens, both as individuals and as representatives of organisations.
2. TeamFinder should be able to create millions of EU-wide citizen groups at the touch of a button.
3. Creative, like-minded, EU-wide teams are also a resource for new user-centric innovations. The concept should therefore be part of the EU’s public-private partnership policy, and include essential net tools: Elevator, Understander, Comparer, 3viator, Voter, Projecter, Seller/Buyer
The Union's homepage europa.eu should have a "Personal EU TeamFinder" button that confirms your secure EU ID and allows you to immediately have your own team: one person from each EU country – the person whose online history best complements you (life values, hobbies, development ideas, internationalization aspirations...).
The group would be immediately ready for video meetings and other interactions with your new team.
Your team history would be saved in the team log and could be accessed using the timeline, word search, translator...
PPPP (Political-Public-Private-Person) cooperation enables every EU citizen to enjoy EU citizenship and to personally participate in steering the Union towards a safer tomorrow.
The EU administration should actively promote the widespread use of the Personal EU concept and be involved in organising PPPP cooperation. Personal EU has a life-enhancing message for every one of the Union's 400 million citizens: YOU are the EU!
Of course, you could make a real show out of your Personal EU, but your team should work fine on a laptop or a mobile phone.
When you talk to an international audience about your familiar local topics, listeners will easily prefer to think about their local issues. Not because they don't care, but because they can't follow what you really mean.
The Personal EU system should include an AI component that extracts parallel facts from each country and displays them alongside the original. Let's call this tool a Comparer. It makes the multicultural discussion more rewarding and interesting for all participants and helps the groups get good practical ideas.
What could the Comparer do for you?
Find comparing technical, economic, and social information from each EU country and place the results as visual/audio crystallizations for comparison on the map.
By comparing, we understand each other much more easily.
Voting is a good way to come to democratic solutions.
The Personal EU teams would benefit from an illustrated VOTER showing the plus and minus volumes of the team's opinions.
The results could (if the team allows) be saved in a common P4academy opinion bank for later research and daily use.
What could the Voter do for you?
Let your team vote anytime any subject and show the result as visual and numerical graphs.
Allow with your permission, saving the results into a union-wide opinion bank.
Because the team members have much in common, they are on a growing scale specialists in those common things.
It's easy to imagine them as a commercial organization with its products and services.
Succeeding in businesses would be much easier with the help of system intelligence, a PROJECTER, recommending suitable response areas for each team member.
What could the Projecter do for you?
Collect personal characteristics of the team members into one chart and draw them as an organisational suggestion to the team.
Projects are not just chats about hobbies and regular online meetings. These teams are unique opportunities to do something essential together - maybe a common small union-wide business.
A continuous EU10, EU22, or EU27 team is a fantastic experience for anyone, even for union-level professionals.
Sooner or later, the teams find the opportunities for similarity.
They start to buy together.
They realize that they can do unique things together and sell them using their union-wide network.
To help those things succeed between a class-size team, they need a helping tool to share profits and costs and take care of common and personal debits and credits. The team needs a SELLER/BUYER.
What could the Seller/Buyer do for you:
Ensure safe and easy cost sharing in job finding, offering, bidding, buying, selling, and accounting inside and between Personal EU teams - and with their external public and private cooperators.
Union-wide good ideas are not just for the Personal EU teams themselves.
Companies and EU organizations will be interested in getting such teams with such ideas.
The ELEVATOR is a tool that easily takes team initiatives and good ideas, f.ex, to the Commission's floor - or vice versa.
What could the Elevator do for you?
Direct asking and answering connection to/from the commission's, parliament's, member nations', and the president's floors.
All Personal EU team knowledge should, from the beginning, be collected in a common Politic-Public-Private-Person P4ACADEMY.
A good challenging virtual/physical academy and academy network to ensure the future of the union-wide Personal EU era.
There is still a lot of need for EU-level entrepreneurship education, as the EU of 450 million inhabitants now has approximately. 25 million small and medium-sized companies of 1-250 employees and 1% larger than that.
What could the Personal EU Academy do for you?
University-level development center for reaching the EU's goal "World's most advanced innovation society".
Places to learn and graduate human-centric future-based life-long, union-wide and challenge-high Personal EU dreamteam organi(c)zation culture.
The task of the Academy would be to show the path from the birth of a successful Union-wide team to the implementation and development of successful hobby circles, joint purchases, tourism circles, startups, representative offices, manufacturing circles, and EU SMEs.
