Start Training



Goal setting is really important , it is how we bring about lasting change. Lasting change starts by assessing exactly where we are now and where we need to go.

Many personal trainers will rush to get you started straight away. I always like to meet for a free consultation session where we can get to know each other better and find out exactly what will work for you as an individual.

From here I'll conduct a full movement assessment using a functional movement screen. From these results I'll be able to design you a safe effective training routine that will work around any existing injuries and take directly into account how you move as an individual.

If needed I'll conduct a full body composition test to see exactly where your body fat levels are and we can set some time orientated goals to get you in the best shape of your life. I work predominantly in the Brighton and Hove area but If you live outside of this area I am willing to train people online. I work with several clients abroad and this can be a good option if you can't come to me directly in Brighton.

A question I'm often asked is who do I work with. The answer is that no fitness, health or sporting goal is too small , all I ask from you is that you bring commitment to making a lasting change. I am also available to take on personal training clients as pairs in Brighton and Hove if you have someone in mind who has a similar goal set to yourself.
