Presentation based on my undergraduate research with the Klamath Inventory and Management Network (NPS).
Presented at the Southwest Partners of Amphibian and Reptile Conservation annual meeting in 2024. Represents the Anura rehabilitation project with the Sonoran Inventory and Monitoring Network.
Project proposal completed by myself and Don Swann, who has been a Biologist at Saguaro National Park for over 30 years. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of the habitat and population stability of Incilius alvarius, or the Sonoran Desert toad in the Tucson Metro Area. The proposal for this project won a US National Park Service Natural Resource Condition Assessment Grant- which resulted in just over $100,000 in funding. This will be the focus of my masters work at University of Arizona, in Javan Bauders lab.
