These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PERSO | DNA Analytics ("the App") developed by Kello Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About PERSO | DNA Analytics

PERSO | DNA Analytics is an AI-powered entertainment and visualization application that analyzes user-provided selfies to generate estimated ancestry-style insights, regional influences, appearance traits, and personalized AI-generated reports.

The App is designed for entertainment and curiosity purposes only.

The results generated by the App are not:

• DNA test results

• Genetic analysis

• Scientific ancestry reports

• Medical information

• A determination of biological origin or identity

AI-generated results are based on visual analysis and should not be considered factual conclusions about a person's ancestry or heritage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PERSO | DNA Analytics.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement in your region.

• You have the legal right to upload and process any images submitted through the App.

• Your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. AI-Generated Results

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies to create personalized insights from uploaded images.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• Results are created for entertainment purposes.

• Similar images may produce different results.

• The App does not analyze actual DNA, genetics, or biological ancestry.

Kello Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any generated results.

4. User Content

When you upload a photo to the App, you remain responsible for that content.

You confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it.

• Uploading the photo does not violate another person's rights.

• You are responsible for obtaining consent before uploading images of other individuals.

You grant Kello Solutions permission to process submitted images only as necessary to provide the App's AI-powered features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App.

• Use generated results to make decisions about individuals, including decisions related to identity, employment, healthcare, insurance, or legal matters.

• Misrepresent AI-generated results as scientific or genetic evidence.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of PERSO | DNA Analytics may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

• Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.

Kello Solutions does not control App Store billing, payment processing, or refund decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

• App design

• Software

• Graphics

• Logos

• Text

• Features

• AI-generated interface elements

is owned by or licensed to Kello Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions does not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free.

• AI-generated results will be accurate.

• Results will meet your expectations.

• The App will provide scientifically verified information.

Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on AI-generated results.

• Any misunderstanding of generated ancestry-style insights.

• Losses or damages resulting from use of the App.

• Technical interruptions or service limitations.

The App is intended solely as an entertainment and visualization experience.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including AI processing providers and platform services, to provide functionality.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Kello Solutions is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when published within the App or through the relevant app distribution platform. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
