Los Angeles is a massive region with much to do. While a complete set of recommendations is a daunting task, we note that a nearby neighborhood, Monterey Park, has outstanding Chinese food. This includes, but is not limited to, dim sum places. We also note that Los Angeles is infamous for traffic and to plan accordingly for any activity that requites driving to participate.
We also recommend perusing websites such as Discover Los Angeles to curtail activities to your own interest and availability.
