We are the Perfetto Lab, a Bioinformatics group at La Sapienza University in Rome! 

Our research primarily focus biological networks and the valuable functional insights that can be derived from understanding the networks of physical and causal relationships between proteins. We have extensive experience in network analysis, multi-omics data integration, personalized medicine and database development and maintenance.
