Evolutionary graph theory: Beyond fixation probability
Starting from January 2024, I'm leading a PRIMUS project called Evolutionary graph theory: Beyond fixation probability. The main focus is to understand the timescales of evolutionary processes in graph-structured populations. To get a feel for what the research is like, you can check the page Research and/or the following papers and preprints:
Fast and strong amplifiers of natural selection. Nature Communications, 2021
Invasion dynamics in the biased voter process. AAAI 2022, 2022.
Coexistence times in the Moran process with environmental heterogeneity. Proceedings of the Royal Society A, 2023
Fixation times on directed graphs. (Plos computational biology, 2024)
Please get in touch if you are interested in getting involved!
