Natural Health Ministries Education Center is a faith-centered ministry and educational wellness ministry. Our purpose is to provide Christian wellness education, holistic wellness support, herbal education, biofeedback wellness education, and individualized guidance through The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ — Perspective • Essence • Nutrition.
Rather than operating our consultation ministry around traditional commercial service pricing, eligible wellness consultations are offered using suggested donation amounts.
The suggested donation amounts shown on this website help support the time, educational resources, technology, administrative costs, and ministry expenses involved in providing these services.
The amounts listed for eligible consultations are suggested donations to Natural Health Ministries Education Center.
For example:
Suggested Donation: $150
means that $150 is the suggested contribution for that consultation or wellness program.
The suggested donation amount is not intended to represent medical treatment, medical billing, insurance billing, or the purchase of healthcare services.
All services provided through NHMEC and The Holistic P.E.N. Way™ are educational and wellness-based in nature and are not medical diagnosis or treatment.
We recognize that individuals and families have different financial circumstances.
For this reason, NHMEC uses a Sliding Suggested Donation Scale for qualifying consultation services.
The sliding scale allows an individual to request an adjusted suggested contribution when the regular suggested donation would create a financial hardship.
This level may be appropriate for an individual or family experiencing:
Unemployment or reduced income
Significant financial hardship
Difficulty meeting essential household expenses
Limited discretionary income
Circumstances that would otherwise prevent access to the consultation
This level may be appropriate for someone who is able to meet normal household expenses but would benefit from some financial flexibility when receiving wellness consultation services.
Those who are financially able are encouraged to contribute the full suggested donation amount.
Contributing the full suggested amount helps NHMEC continue providing reduced-contribution consultations to individuals who may be experiencing financial hardship.
Individuals who wish to contribute beyond the suggested amount may also make an additional ministry contribution.
Additional gifts help support the educational and community ministry work of Natural Health Ministries Education Center.
The Sliding Suggested Donation Scale applies only to eligible consultation services provided directly by NHMEC/The Holistic P.E.N. Way™.
This may include:
General wellness consultations
Holistic P.E.N. Way™ wellness consultations
NLS biofeedback wellness screenings
Biofeedback frequency/BioSessions
Iridology wellness consultations
Biomarker wellness review consultations
Existing laboratory wellness review consultations
Food and environmental sensitivity wellness review consultations
Individualized wellness planning
Follow-up wellness consultations
Wellness education and coaching
Not every program may be available at every sliding contribution level. Any adjusted contribution should be arranged before the consultation or program begins.
The Sliding Suggested Donation Scale does not apply to physical products, laboratory charges, supplies, equipment, or third-party services.
This includes:
Herbal preparations
Herbal products
Dietary supplements
Wellness patches
Transdermal herbal patches
Ear seeds or supplies
Biofeedback or wellness devices
At-home test kits
Laboratory fees
SiPhox laboratory testing
Shipping and handling
Third-party products or services
Other purchased wellness supplies
These expenses are separate because NHMEC must purchase or obtain them from manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, or other third parties.
The SiPhox Ultimate 360 laboratory test is purchased separately through SiPhox.
The laboratory portion is therefore not included in NHMEC's Sliding Suggested Donation Scale.
For the current SiPhox wellness option:
SiPhox Ultimate 360 Laboratory Test: approximately $274, purchased separately through SiPhox.
NHMEC 1-Month SiPhox 360 Biomarker Wellness Review & Individualized Holistic P.E.N. Way™ Plan:
Suggested Ministry Donation — $150
Approximate combined amount:
$274 laboratory test + $150 suggested consultation donation = approximately $424
When available, qualifying first-time SiPhox customers may receive a one-time SiPhox coupon, such as the current $50 first-test discount.
When applicable:
Approximately $274 SiPhox test
− $50 SiPhox coupon
+ $150 suggested NHMEC consultation donation
= approximately $374 total
SiPhox pricing, promotions, eligibility requirements, and coupon availability are established by SiPhox and may change.
Although herbal preparations, supplements, and wellness patches are not included in the Sliding Donation Scale, NHMEC may periodically have separate discounts available.
Depending upon availability, clients may request information regarding:
Herbal preparation discounts
Wellness patch discounts
Product bundles
Ministry-supported wellness supplies
Current promotional discounts
These discounts are separate from the consultation Sliding Suggested Donation Scale and are subject to product availability and current costs.
Natural Health Ministries Education Center Suggested Donation Notice
Natural Health Ministries Education Center (NHMEC) is a faith-centered ministry providing Christian wellness education, holistic wellness education, and supportive wellness consultations.
Amounts identified as “Suggested Donation” represent suggested contributions to help support the ministry and the educational consultation services provided through NHMEC and The Holistic P.E.N. Way™.
The Sliding Suggested Donation Scale applies only to eligible consultation services and does not apply to products, supplements, herbal preparations, wellness patches, devices, laboratory testing, at-home test kits, shipping, or third-party expenses.
A suggested donation should not be interpreted as a representation that the contribution is deductible for federal or state income-tax purposes. When goods or services are received in connection with a contribution, federal tax rules may limit any charitable deduction to the portion of the contribution, if any, that exceeds the fair-market value of the goods or services received. Eligibility for a charitable deduction also depends upon the tax status of the organization and the donor's individual circumstances. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding tax deductibility.
NHMEC wellness consultations are educational and wellness-based and are not medical care. Information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
SiPhox Health laboratory tests are HSA/FSA eligible. HSA/FSA eligibility applies to qualifying SiPhox purchases made through SiPhox Health and does not represent HSA/FSA eligibility for NHMEC ministry consultations, suggested donations, herbal products, wellness patches, or other ministry offerings.
