All people have the right to their freedom of speech. However, there are some conditions to what is acceptable:
No Racial or Discriminatory slurs are acceptable to be said on this channel when reffering to other people.
If one were to use such words on themselves, depending on the context given would it be considered a violation or an exception.
Any user is free to report any threats they witness via comments or chat. Users who threaten other people via chat will be banned and reported to YouTube.
Opinons are welcome to be said, but do not treat such as fact in a serious manner. Otrher's opinons must be respected. Of course, you are not required to agree with one's opinons.
For example, if someone dislikes Mario and says "Mario is a bad person", that would be their opinon. Even if they were to justify their claim, they are still expressing their topic from their point of view. On the other hand, if someone were to express their opinion in the form of a Black or Red lie, then you may feel entitled to correcting them.
If one were to treat such circumstantial matters as fact, you have the right to adress the statement as circumstantial if you feel entitled to do so.
Circumstantial refers to claims that have no proof or evidence to verify its accuracy. Or to dumb it down, Circumstantial means it can't actually be proven true.
Fueds that happen between two users may result in both parties getting banned from speaking on this channel, if the fued isn't resolved and both parties escalate the situation. Fueds originating elsewhere must have a truce while on this channel, under my watch. Moderators are not immune to these consequences.
Users with high fame should not expect to get special treatment under normal circumstances.

Depending on the Audience population for that stream, the rules may vary.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe:
Participation with low traffic will not worry about group shuffling and will assume each user enters responsibly when playing online. Participation with high traffic will have groups shuffle every four rounds to give other people a chance at playing with me. Friend Codes will not be required to join these rooms regardless of the user's circumstance. The Room's Code will be displayed in the description, and sometimes on screen to help viewers join faster.
Super Mario Maker 2:
Because of the room-making limitations, you will have to have me as a Nintendo Switch Friend in order to join. If the number of participants is under four, no room reset will be necessary. If the number of participants is over four, room resets will normally happen every three rounds. If I notice a participant appearing in the room preventing other particpants from getting to play, that is a violation of greed, and may result in a Friend Removal for the remainder of the stream. In other words, if you join too many times when people who haven't joined want in, I will remove you as a friend and won't accept your request until the stream has ended. I will give users a warning before punishing.
If a participant is struggling to get into a room, I will first try to ensure they hop on by receiving a private passcode via discord and be able to join before anybody else can hop on.
The violation of greed combined with toxic behavior either in game or on chat, will put you at risk at becoming "blocked" on switch, which is equivalent to a permanent ban on Nintendo Switch Gameplay.
Splatoon 3:
Mr. Grizz allows people who are in the pool "IceDisk" to join my team.
