Water Rules for Hole #9, 10, 13 and 18 - Revised on 8-8-22

WATER HOLES -These local water rules are for all leagues and all flights.

LADIES WATER RULES for Both 9 and 18 hole leagues.

FLIGHTS AA, A, B - Must continue to hit over the water until they clear the hazard.

FLIGHT C ONLY - If you hit one ball in the water you may choose to hit another until you clear the hazard OR After you hit one ball in the water, you may take a penalty stroke AND a carry stroke and hit from the other side of the water. Example: On hole 9 you hit a ball in the water. With your penalty stroke you would be hitting 3 and then with the carry stroke you will be hitting 4 from the other side of the water. This rule applies to all the water holes.

ALL FLIGHTS - If you clear the hazard and the ball rolls back into the water or you hit the tree on 9 and roll into the water, you may play the ball from the other side of the hazard. HOWEVER, you must clear the hazard by going past the yellow line - not plugging into the bank.
