2025 Summer Swim Team Registration is now Open
Penderbrook Phish Summer Swim Team
The Penderbrook Swim Team is a summer program for swimmers aged 18 and younger. The program will have weekly practices to help our swimmers improve their strokes, gain strength and endurance, and learn the rules for competitive swimming. The practices set them up for the Team Meets where they will compete against other swim teams in the league. These swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters unassisted in at least one of the four primary strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly).
For Summer 2025 we will be adding our Tadpole Program! The Tadpole program is for young swimmers (ages of at least 5 years old by May 2025) who can work towards participating in swim team meets by building their skills . Please see additional requirements/information about this program!
Please note we have joined Colonial Swim League and will be competing in the Gold Division.
