Welcome to PeliPort. By downloading, accessing, or using the PeliPort mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Peliport (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

1. DEFINITIONS

"PeliPort" refers to the mobile platform available on Android and iOS that connects two types of users: Travellers and Shoppers.

"Traveler" is a user who posts their travel details and is willing to carry items for Shoppers.

"Shopper" is a user who posts requests for items to be carried by Travelers.

"Service" refers to the functionality provided through the Application, including user matching, messaging, and trip/item request management.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least xx years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least xx years of age;

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must register an account to use PeliPort. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;

Keep your login credentials secure;

Be solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

PeliPort provides a platform that connects Travelers and Shoppers. We do not:

Handle, inspect, or manage items.

Mediate financial transactions between users.

Guarantee delivery, legality, safety, or success of item transfers.

Users are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, customs, and import/export regulations.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the Application to:

Conduct illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

Share or transport illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or restricted items.

Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Attempt to hack, disable, or circumvent Application features.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You are responsible for any content you upload or submit via the Application. PeliPort reserves the right to:

Remove inappropriate content;

Suspend or terminate accounts violating the Terms;

Cooperate with law enforcement in investigations.

7. NO WARRANTY / DISCLAIMER

PeliPort is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

We make no warranties or guarantees about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Application.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Application or any user interactions.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PeliPort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for:

Lost items, delays, or failed deliveries.

Disputes between Travelers and Shoppers.

Violations of customs, safety, or import/export laws.

Users assume all responsibility for compliance with import/export laws, customs, and safety checks.

9. DISPUTES

PeliPort does not mediate disputes between users.

Users must resolve disputes directly with each other.

We may suspend or ban fraudulent or abusive accounts.

We will cooperate with legal authorities if required.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
