Peiying(Penny) Tian

Welcome to my website. 

I am a post-doctoral researcher specialising in International Trade. My main research interest lies in the area of game-theoretic analysis of international trade agreements and international environmental agreements.  Recently, I have been extending my research to game theory and environmental economics.

During my PhD, I have worked on trade policy and  the gains from trade under imperfect competition and environmental policy. I have also worked on collusion in infinitely-repeated games, and oligopoly in a general equilibrium setting.

I recently awarded Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
