Teachers being the classical example of common men are exploited economically by the private institutions all over the nation. This association is aimed towards obtaining and fulfilling the constitutional rights of the teachers, professors and non-teaching staff belonging to all the private institutions within the nation. Economic harassment's thrust upon these innocent teaching fraternity are organized loot. It remains our last resort to gather together and fight for our families to survive in this hostile environment. By our association we strive to achieve our economic freedom and rights through peaceful and diplomatic methods. Kindly lend your support. Unity is strength.

A Teacher is the backbone of education system but it is very painful situation in modern times that Teachers working in Private Educational Institution's are just being Treated as laborer. Teacher's are being forced to perform many nonacademic work apart from Teaching.

Today the teacher seems unable to protect his own rights, because he has denied his existence somewhere in the blur of immense grandeur. Today somewhere the teacher himself is responsible for his pathetic condition. Do you still want to live life like this, dull, nostalgic?? Please recognize your existence and its potential, this is a request to all of you.
