Aims and Objective:
To work towards building a healthy, aware and strong society through educational revolution.
To make efforts for systematic welfare for social change through publication of print or e-media.
To work for social harmony, patriotism, unity, integrity and brotherhood.
To suggest appropriate changes in the curriculum of Central and State Boards of Education and Universities with the aim of meeting the demands of the society and the industry and to conduct social and fundamental research to find out innovative methods of education.
To unite teachers and intellectuals who wish to bring cutting-edge improvement in the quality of education and to make continuous efforts towards bringing a new revolution in the field of education and to make education accessible to the masses.
To organize and unite the employees working in all the private schools and colleges of the Chhattisgarh state and work to protect the interests related to their jobs and livelihood.
To prevent shortfall of remuneration of employees working in educational institutions and help in payment as per rules of the government and to get compensation for association members at the time of accident and to give legal assistance to members in job or related matters.
Participation in building a better society through social work and raising awareness of social justice and working for the protection of fundamental rights of common citizens.
To make efforts together with teachers, students and parents to eliminate the widespread corruption/educational disparities spread in the field of education.
To promote skill development for the empowerment of youth and women and work towards employment generation.
To bring public awareness in the society through publicity of Right to Information Act 2005.
