I'm an Agile Leader and Innovator with over 20 years of experience in transforming complex challenges into opportunities for growth. My unique blend of ADHD and dyslexia isn't a hindrance—it's my secret sauce. It fuels my ability to see connections others miss and to simplify the convoluted.
At EY, I've been revolutionizing the delivery and execution of one of our largest platforms, leveraging expertise in SAFe Scrum, Agile Coaching, Cloud, Data Science, and Cybersecurity. As a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Delivery Leader, I drive data-driven strategies that deliver real results.
Beyond my current role, I lead the Agile Community of Practice and the Upskilling and Reskilling Community at EY, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation among Agile enthusiasts and professionals. Previously, as a Digital, Data, and Innovation Leader, I spearheaded initiatives that saved millions and generated new revenue streams.
My passion for excellence has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Innovation Trophy at ENGIE and the IoT Project of the Year. With an MBA focused on Technology and Artificial Intelligence from Hult International Business School, I continue to expand my horizons.

When it comes to AI and Data, depending on the project to develop if it is an MVP, a final product, or researching, I always finish selecting the same group of tools: OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure, CoLab among others.
Successfully managing a Product or Project requires flexibility, leadership, telemetry, Project Management Methodologies, and a lot of negotiation and communication.
With IoT, I usually prototype first with low cost using Tinkercad and/or Arduino and for Backend, Blynk and Azure IoT Hub.
