I need to give the biggest shout out to Jamie Kalsnes Bakken from Pioneer Village. She made sure we had everything we needed but beyond that she stayed for most of the party. Walking around with the kids sharing history and playing games. She is such a treasure to our community. If you are looking for a place for your child’s next birthday party I HIGHLY recommend laser tag at Pioneer Village. This was by far one of my favorites parties!!!!

Today we had 5-2nd Grade classes from Challenger enjoy a wonderful day at Pioneer Village. We toured most of the buildings,  had potato sack races, log throws, played laser tag, and mini golf.  The students were interested and excited!  Jamie Bakken made the trip amazing!  She was helpful setting up group activities and volunteers to run them. And then she was literally everywhere making things go smoothly! Thank you, thank you, Jamie and volunteers for a super awesome field trip!

We had the perfect little wedding with just immediate family back in October (Ben & I aren't huge on being in front of a bunch of people and we were super nervous even with our small crowd lol) at the Peder Engelstad Pioneer Village in Thief River Falls.

When they say the day goes quick, it's an understatement. I wish I would relive it a million times it was so special and perfect.
