The training will be held in the Hall of Service located in 1730 E St NW. The American Red Cross National Headquarters is located in downtown Washington, DC, south of the White House and the World Bank. Built between 1915 and 1917, it serves both as a memorial to women who served in the American Civil War and as the headquarters building for the American Red Cross. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1965. Please note that the American Red Cross headquarters occupies three buildings in Red Cross Square:· 430 17th Street NW (17th St. Building)· 431 18th Street NW (18th St. Building)· 1730 E St NW (E St Building) - This is where the PECT training will be held, see image below
