Participants will be staying at the Holiday Inn Panama Canal (Ave. Omar Torrijos Herrera, Panama, 7336 Panama) ("Pacifico" conference room) which will serve as an all-in-one training + lodging venue.
All participants will be staying in a non-smoking single room.
A room has been reserved for each PECT training attendee in their name. Upon arrival, non-American Red Cross/Canadian Red Cross attendees will need to pay for the accommodation as they have agreed with their NS/sponsors.
The hotel will accept luggage to be stored until the room is ready if needed.
Free internet (Wi-Fi) password will be provided upon check-in.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM and Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
Please make sure that when booking your hotel room it includes breakfast. There are no nearby restaurants to the hotel.
On the days the training participants will have access to:

The dress code is business casual.
The weather is expected to be warm and humid, however, please be aware that indoor rooms may be quite cool due to the air conditioning. We recommend bringing a sweater or another warm layer to ensure your comfort during the sessions if needed.
