The site has an area of circa 17.44 hectares in size and is located to the south-east of the village of Glinton. The site is surrounded by hedges and trees, with Peakirk Road to the north, the A15 to the south, Foxcovert Road to the east, and the village of Glinton to the west.
The site provides for policy compliant open space, highway and drainage infrastructure and a range of dwellings.
Persimmon homes will be bringing forward up to 250 dwellings, with assocaited public open space, landscaping and sustainable urban drainage.
Access will be served off Peakirk Road
