The proposals encompass the delivery of  up to 250 dwellings. The development will deliver around 75 affordable homes (30% provision), including affordable rent and shared ownership housing. The scheme will also provide significant new green infrastructure including a neighbourhood park, natural green space and childrens play facilities.

Financial contributions are secured towards improvements to the A15 and Glinton roundabout, highway safety measures, public open space enhancements (including the provision of a Neighbourhood Park, Natural Green Space and play space), and long-term biodiversity management. The development must acheive at least 10% biodiversity net gain and all public spaces wil be managed and maintained for future residents.

The proposed dwellings will come forward by Persimmon Homes and Charles Church Homes.
