Sheriff Deputy - Full Time or Part Time
A Sheriff Deputy Apprehends, arrests and detains criminal suspects and law violators when necessary; follows proper procedures when making arrests. Serves warrants, summonses, subpoenas, civil and other official papers. Serves as witness in court and provides evidence in court as required.
R&T Program - Part-Time
The Field Training Officer (FTO) role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and guide new Deputies. As an FTO, you play a vital part in the department's mission by delivering high-quality training that shapes the future of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
Command Member - Full Time
A command member provides leadership and supervision to deputies, ensuring proper procedures are followed in the apprehension, arrest, and detention of suspects. They coordinate the service of warrants, subpoenas, and other official documents. Command members are expected to lead with professionalism, accountability, and adherence to departmental policies.
Media Team - Part-Time
Media Team members are responsible for creating and managing content that represents the department in a professional and engaging manner. Their duties include capturing footage of department activities, producing promotional videos, live streaming events, and creating social media content. They must ensure to maintaining the integrity and public image of the BCSO.
