The Department of the Interior and Local Government – National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) conducted a learning visit to DILG Region 12. As part of the visit, a consultation dialogue was held between the Project Development and Management Units (PDMUs) of both regions to exchange knowledge and strengthen project implementation strategies on July 17, 2025.

The session was facilitated by DILG Region 12 PDMU Chief Herminia S. Ontoy and focused on key areas such as project evaluation, monitoring and evaluation through the SubayBAYANI platform, and capacity development initiatives for Local Government Units (LGUs)...
