These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PDF Maker, Scanner and Viewer application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to access or modify;
- attempt to bypass password protection or unlock PDFs you are not authorized to open;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the App or the services it relies on.
3. Your content and files
The App processes your documents and images on your device. You are solely responsible for the files you scan, create, open, or modify, and for keeping your own backups. We do not access, store, or control your documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads"). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Pricing, payment, and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not process or store your payment information.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be shown and that ad services may process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any PDF operation (such as compression, conversion, OCR, or editing) will produce a particular result. Always keep backups of important files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
8. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
