Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Pearuell Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the PDF Reader Pro mobile application (the "Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Application.


1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using PDF Reader Pro, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). The Application is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit individuals under this age to use our services. If you are under the legal age of majority, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they consent to your use of the Application.


2. Intellectual Property and End-User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pearuell Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the Application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to source code, logos, UI designs, graphics, and features, are exclusively owned by Pearuell Studio. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part thereof.


3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

PDF Reader Pro offers premium features accessible through In-App Purchases (IAP) and auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments, transactions, and subscriptions are managed securely via the Google Play Terms of Service and billing infrastructure.


4. Third-Party Advertisements and Services

The Application integrates third-party services for monetization and performance evaluation, specifically Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics. By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements served via AdMob may be displayed within the Application interface.

We do not control the content, products, or services advertised by third parties. Your interactions or business dealings with advertisers found on or through the Application are solely between you and such third parties.


5. Local Data and User Responsibility (No User-Generated Content Uploads)

PDF Reader Pro processes all document content (including but not limited to PDFs, Word files, Excel sheets, and PPTs) exclusively on your local device. We do not store, back up, or maintain copies of your files on any remote server.

You are solely responsible for backing up your files and maintaining the security of your device. We shall not be liable for any data loss, file corruption, or unauthorized device access resulting from your failure to secure your device or data.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PEARUELL STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.


7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEARUELL STUDIO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of Pearuell Studio's registration.


9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
