Welcome to PDF Reader View (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Sarana Kalteng Ventura ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Indonesia, governing your access to and use of the App.


By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.


1. Acceptance of Terms and App Functionality

PDF Reader View is a document management utility designed to let you view and organize PDF, Word, Excel, and PPT files on your device. By using the App, you grant it the necessary local permissions (such as MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, depending on your Android version) strictly for the purpose of locating and rendering these files.


2. Privacy and Data Processing

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy. The App operates primarily offline and processes your documents entirely locally on your device.


We utilize certain third-party services for analytics and advertising, which may collect non-personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the data practices of these third-party providers:



3. User Conduct and No User-Generated Content

Because the App processes files locally on your device, we do not host, store, or monitor your documents. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to open, read, or manage using the App.


You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the App. You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights (such as logos, designs, text, graphics, and software), are owned by PT Sarana Kalteng Ventura or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.


5. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

The App is supported by advertisements provided by third-party networks, including Google AdMob. We do not endorse, and we are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or reliability of any advertisements or the products/services offered by third parties. Clicking on any advertisements may redirect you to external websites that are not governed by these Terms.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions, or that your local files will be immune to data loss or corruption. You are responsible for backing up your own files.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Sarana Kalteng Ventura and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.


9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect updates to our App, changes in the law, or new policies required by platforms like Google Play. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
