PDFCraft: PDF Editor & Scanner
Effective date: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PDFCraft app (the “App”) provided by Saddam Hossain (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, except as permitted by law.
You keep all rights to the documents and content you create, scan or edit with the App (“Your Content”). Your Content is stored on your device; we do not access it. You are responsible for Your Content, for keeping backups, and for having the right to scan, edit, sign or share any document you use with the App.
You agree not to use the App:
to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy
to forge signatures, falsify documents, or commit fraud
to interfere with the App, its ads, or its security
Drawn signatures in the App are images placed on a document. They are not certificate-based digital signatures, and whether they are legally valid depends on your jurisdiction and purpose.
The App is free to download, and offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Premium”) that removes ads and unlocks additional features, as described in the App. Premium is offered monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in the App.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices and features may change. Price changes for existing subscribers follow Apple’s rules and notification process.
The free version shows third-party ads provided by Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and them. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy, at https://sites.google.com/view/pdf-editor-craft/privacy, explains how information is handled, and forms part of these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that features such as text recognition, compression or conversion will produce perfect results. Always keep copies of important documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under them end automatically if you breach them. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your place of residence give you additional protections.
