By accessing or using this mobile application, PDF Converter you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you scan or convert.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App for commercial gain without written permission. Malicious activity, including the introduction of harmful code or unauthorized access attempts, will result in immediate termination of your access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, and materials within the App are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These assets remain the exclusive property of the App owner (or its licensors). Your license to use the App does not grant ownership rights or permission to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of it beyond personal use as intended by the App’s functionality.

4. Trademarks

All logos, names, and distinctive brand elements associated with the App are trademarks of the owner. These may not be copied, imitated, or used without explicit authorization. Unauthorized use of any trademark is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App provides functionality to scan documents, convert images to PDF, and manage files. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) or compatibility with every file format.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind express or implied regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss of data or quality issues resulting from your device limitations. We do not warrant that the operation of the App will be without errors.

6. Modifications and Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. Changes to features or functionality will not entitle you to compensation.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or connect to third-party services (e.g., cloud storage providers) for saving or sharing documents. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your interaction with them is at your own risk.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid and in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the App owner, superseding all prior communications or agreements written or oral. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the App owner.
