Online Application for New Postdoctoral Researchers applying for the Graduate School Postdoctoral Fellowships (GS)
NEW: The Graduate School Postdoctoral Fellowship Round G4-2024 at the Faculty of Engineering is now closed. The next round (G1-2025) will open in June 2024.
This form is for new applicants only.
DO NOT submit paper applications to the Graduate School.
If you are extending or renewing your contract, do not use this form.
If you left the program at some point in the past and wish to re-apply, you are considered to be a new applicant.
If you plan to apply to both the GS and the C2F fellowships, you will have to fill out the forms SEPARATELY.

The mentor must be a permanent (i.e. long-term contract) teaching staff member of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
It is mandatory that the mentor use the email ending with the [at]chula.ac.th or [at]eng.chula.ac.th domain for communication.
The mentor only needs to fill out this one online application for both the GS and C2F fellowships. There is no need to fill out a separate form for each fellowship, for each applicant, or for each round. We try to make it simpler for the mentor by creating one place which contains information to be used for mentor/applicant evaluation.
After you fill out this form, you will be sent a link. You may use this link to update your profile at any time in order to keep your profile current, EXCEPT during the blocked periods (to be announced), in which your profiles will be temporarily frozen while the Faculty of Engineering is processing applications.
If you lose the link, you will have to re-fill this form. The newer profile will always override the older one.
