The Second Century Fund Chulalongkorn University Postdoctoral Fellowship (C2F) provides 2 major tracks to apply: C2F Track A and C2F Track B. Each track has its own regulations and requirements, and it is summarized in the table below:

Minimum Requirement for Mentors of the C2F Postdoctoral Fellowships:

1. Publication requirement:

   • Per one C2F postdoctoral researcher, the mentor must have publications that meet one of the following options:
     (a) One T1 paper with FWCI (excluding self-citation) more than or equal to 1; OR
     (b) Two T1 papers (no restriction on the FWCI)
     (For Track B, one or two Q1 papers per one researcher; three or more Q1 papers for two researchers.)

   • The papers must be published within 2020-2023 (3 full calendar years plus one partial year of 2023).

   • The papers must bear the mentor's name as the first author or the corresponding author.

   • The papers can be part of the mentor's doctoral thesis/dissertation.

   • To admit the 2nd postdoctoral researcher, the mentor will have to double the minimum T1 paper requirement (e.g. (a)x2 or (b)x2 or (a)+(b)).

   • To admit the 3rd postdoctoral researcher onward, the mentor have to multiply the minimum T1 papers by the total number of researchers (in a similar manner) PLUS 5 million THB research grant per researcher (not including the 1st and the 2nd one).

   • In the mentor's application form, you will be asked to provide a list of publications to showcase your profile and to be used for consideration by the committee especially in case that there are more applicants than the available spots in a given round. However, only Q2 papers and higher will be considered.

2. International collaboration requirement:
   
   At least one of the following international collaborations (a)-(e) is required for the eligibility as a mentor:
   
   (a) Having a research collaboration with a top-100 institution according the QS or Times Higher Education rankings; OR
   (For Track B, this is changed to a top-200 institution instead.)
   (b) Having a research collaboration with a highly reputable institution in a specific research field (mentors must provide proof of evidence); OR
   (c) Having a research collaboration with a world's top 2% scientist; OR
   (d) Having a research collaboration with a high-performance scientist holding the h-index of more than or equal to 25 (excluding self-citations); OR
   (e) Having an international book/book chapter collaboration.
