The Pacific Coast Wind Ensemble (PCWE) is a concert band comprised of approximately 30 Oregon Coast community members of all ages and experience levels. Players range from high school students and adult beginners, all the way to professional musicians and music teachers. Current membership includes musicians from Florence, Waldport, Lincoln City, Gleneden Beach, Depoe Bay, Newport, Seal Rock, Toledo, Eugene, Tillamook, and Yachats.

The PCWE is directed by former California State University Director of Bands, Dr. Ernie Hills. Additional conductors include Lincoln County music teachers: Amie Brecheisen, Daniel Galarneau, and Patrick Jimmerson. The PCWE puts on approximately 6 concerts a year and break from January to March. These include a Spring, Summer, Fourth of July, Fall, Halloween, and Winter concert series.
