The Market Research Expert will be the primary point of contact for market research and analysis, providing strategic guidance and support for client success.
The Market Research Expert will collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective research designs, conduct surveys, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
The Market Research Expert will report to the Team Leader / Project Director
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Developing and implementing research methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide recommendations.
Creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
Identifying target audience and their preferences.
Conducting surveys and focus groups to gather customer feedback.
Analyzing social media trends to identify consumer sentiment.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Conducting secondary research to gather information from existing sources.
Developing and testing hypotheses to validate assumptions.
Creating and managing research budgets.
Developing and maintaining relationships with external research partners.
Ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for research.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Project Director / Team Leader.

5. Product/service feasibility studies: Reports that assesse the viability of a new product or service, including market demand, competitive landscape, and potential revenue.

• Minimum 10 years of general experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in market research, marketing analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of specific experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, data visualization, and statistical modeling
• Proven track record in project management, data analysis, and report writing
• Strong knowledge of market research methods, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
• Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
