Student Availability for PCHC Weeks:

Week One:

• • Tues. June 24 All Day

  • Wed. June 25 after 9am

  • Thurs. June 26 All Day

  • Fri. June 27 after 10am

Week Two:

• • Tues. Sept 23 All Day

  • Wed. Sept 24: Students NOT available

    •  IPE 8:00am - 1:00pm (students unavailable) 

    • 2:00pm - 5:00pm (Engagement Mixer)

  • Thurs. Sept 25 All Day

  • Fri. Sept 26 after 3pm

Week Three:

• • Tues. Mar 31 after 2pm

  • Wed. Apr 1 All Day

  • Thurs. Apr 2 All Day

  • Fri. Apr 3 Presentation Day (sessions starting at 10:30am, will be assigned)

Timeline for Team Leaders

• Jan-April: Team development (identify leaders, develop plan and description)

• March 26, 9-10:30 Orientation PCHC Panel, on Zoom

• April 25: Team descriptions due

• May 5:  Catalog & Ranking Survey available to students

• May 12: Student Ranking Surveys due

• Week of May 26: Teams announced

• June 24-27, September 23-26, March 31-April 2: Host PCHC team

• April 3, 2026: Presentation Day

• April 3, 2026: Students' last day to submit assignments

• April 10, 2026: Student evaluations should be submitted using surveys distributed by PCHC leadership
