In the Vista curriculum, there are opportunities for individual students, learner teams, and pathway groups to propose, design and lead PCHC teams to further community health goals, with special attention to projects that have developed longitudinally in response to community-identified need.  For example, a relationship developed in the summer after the first year may then serve as the foundation for a pathway longitudinal project developed with a community partner in year two, with an expectation that the project will culminate in an engaged activity for multiple learners and health professionals in September of the third year (beginning September 2024).  

As team requests are approved, the teams will be listed here along with number of openings.  We will allow developers to fill their own teams and/or list open spots.
