Teams are NOT assigned based on first-come, first-served basis, so please take your time and review the full description pages for teams of interest thoroughly before submitting preferences!
If you identify fewer than five teams of interest, the unspecified choices will be considered "no preference" and indicate that you are open to any placement on any team.
Note that housing and transportation are generally not provided unless specified in the description, and that some teams require work outside regular hours as noted in the full descriptions.
Your preferences are due by 8am on Friday, August 26 at https://umassmed.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_aavPNG67EB7kJfw . If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can submit a second set of rankings - please note in the comment section that the response is meant to replace a previous entry.
