Service Projects

Since we are a service based club, we do A LOT of service events! Check out some of our large ones here!

Chicken BBQ

This event is held every year in the fall during Plymouth's Annual Fall Fest! This event is put on by our parent club, the Plymouth Rotary Club. Each year we volunteer at the Chicken Delivery Station to help deliver our yummy chicken dinners to different locations to be sold! All proceeds were donated to the Plymouth Rotary Foundation!

Fall & Spring Relay for Life

Each year we participate in not one, but TWO Relay for Life Events! Each year, we manage a booth to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. For our booth, we sell Pies-In-The-Face! This event is always super fun and messy and our members love to get involved year after year! All proceeds raised for this event go toward helping find a cure!

Peace Summit 2020

Each year, PCEP Interact hosts a large group project that brings local District #6400 Interact and PCCS Community Clubs together to make a change! This year our focus was on school supplies for kids in Ghana! At our event this year, we wrote PenPal Letters and made bracelets for the children in Guo, Ghana! We were able to raise $6, 600 for new school supplies for students in Guo Ghana!

Due to weather conditions, we unfortunately were not able to hold the event on the weekend or interact with other Interact clubs. However, one of our amazing advisers Jeanne was able to hold mini Peace Summits at several other Interact clubs nearby.

Kids Against Hunger

Each year, our local community holds a Greater Plymouth Service Project that includes an event called Kids Against Hunger! Each year we create and package food bags that get sent all over the world! This year we packaged 270,000 food bags that will be sent across the world and across the street!

Tulip Planting

Each year, Interact members have the opportunity to collaborate with one of our community Rotary clubs and plant tulip bulbs. This experience is very rewarding. This takes place in downtown Plymouth. When you see the beautiful tulips in the spring, you can be proud that you planted those alongside your fellow Interact members!
