Outside of print and television broadcast, I am a passionate radio host and journalist. I'm dedicated to bringing a fresh perspective and telling compelling stories from the heart of the music industry. My work focuses on the people and the artists who shape the music scene, offering listeners an authentic and engaging experience.
Beantown Underground is a passion project I began my freshman year of college. As someone who has always felt so intrinsically connected to music in every phase of my life, it’s been incredible being able to tie my love for music and journalism into one project. Beantown Underground is a space to highlight local New England & Boston-based musicians, showcasing the uniquely connected community within the Boston music scene. It originated as a radio show on Emerson's WECB and is now a solely executive-produced segment airing on WECB’s airwaves and our YouTube channel each semester.

At my internship with Border Crossings, I had the privilege of interviewing and featuring over 20 musicians and bands for the program. My work, which aired weekly, reached a global audience of 354 million people across 100+ countries. In my time there, I was entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including directing, producing, and even hosting the show. This hands-on experience provided invaluable insight into the professional world of radio, and I’m especially grateful to my supervisor, Larry London, whose trust and creative freedom allowed me to explore all aspects of radio production.
