PayHexa is a workforce attendance, employee management, and payroll-support application for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information PayHexa may collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.
Depending on the features used, PayHexa may process:
Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and login/authentication information.
Employee and company information entered by authorized company administrators.
Attendance information such as check-in/check-out times, duty records, attendance status, overtime, late or missing hours, and related records.
Location information when attendance features require location verification and the user grants the required permission.
Device and technical information needed for authentication, security, notifications, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.
Information submitted through support or other in-app interactions.
To provide attendance, employee management, payroll-support, and related business features.
To authenticate users and maintain account security.
To record and calculate attendance-related information requested by the company.
To send service notifications, including relevant account or attendance notifications.

PayHexa does not sell users' personal information. Information may be accessible to the company or organization using PayHexa for its workforce, to authorized administrators, and to service providers that help operate services such as authentication, cloud storage, notifications, security, and application infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of PayHexa, its users, or others.
Where an attendance feature requires location verification, PayHexa may process location information only for the disclosed attendance or verification purpose and subject to the permission granted by the user. Location access can be managed through the device's Android permission settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the company's requirements.
Users can permanently delete their PayHexa account directly from the Delete Account option available within the application.
When an account deletion is confirmed, PayHexa will permanently delete the associated account and personal data stored in PayHexa systems, subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business retention requirements.

PayHexa is intended for business and workforce use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to the service.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
