PayHexa respects privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This page explains how PayHexa handles personal information and the data protection rights that may apply to users under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Depending on how PayHexa is used, we may process account information, employee information, attendance records, check-in and check-out information, working hours, overtime, late or missing hours, salary-related records, and location information where required for attendance verification.
Personal data may be used to provide PayHexa services, manage employee attendance, maintain business records, provide authentication and security, process attendance-related calculations, provide notifications, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain and improve the service.
Where applicable under law, individuals may have the right to:
Request access to their personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of personal data.
Request restriction of processing.
Object to certain processing activities.
Request data portability where applicable.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Users can request deletion of their PayHexa account and associated personal data.
PayHexa also provides an in-app account deletion option. When an account is successfully deleted, associated personal data stored by PayHexa is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business retention requirements.

PayHexa uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of the service.
PayHexa may use trusted service providers for services such as authentication, cloud storage, notifications, security, and application infrastructure. These providers process data as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable privacy and security requirements.
Where personal data is processed or stored outside the user's country or region, PayHexa takes reasonable steps to ensure that applicable data protection requirements are respected.
Users can permanently delete their PayHexa account directly from the Delete Account option available within the application.
When an account deletion is confirmed, PayHexa will permanently delete the associated account and personal data stored in PayHexa systems, subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business retention requirements.
