Less Than 24 Hour Notice for Cancellation:
50% deposit required to secure next appointment.

No Show:
100% deposit required to secure next appointment.

New Clients:
50% deposit required if first appointment is cancelled/rescheduled/no-showed regardless of prior notice.

All deposits are non-refundable.

15+ Minutes Late:
$15 late fee added to final total

Late 3+ Times:
$1 per minute late added to final total

Please leave retractable leashes at home and bring your pet into the salon on a secure, standard leash — or safely contained in a carrier.

Standard leashes provide better control in our entrance (and on our busy street) and help prevent cords from becoming tangled around pets or people.

Keeping your pet close also helps avoid unexpected greetings with other dogs.
