I accept Cash/Check payments or online payments via PayPal, Facebook Pay, and Venmo!
Check-in service bookings must be paid in full, however I am happy to accept a 50% deposit on pet-boarding and daycare bookings to hold your requested dates. The remaining 50% will be due at the check-in of service.
I have a seven-day cancellation policy for all pet-boarding and daycare bookings!
You will receive a full refund if you cancel by 12:00pm one week before the booking is scheduled to begin.
If you cancel later than 12:00pm one week before the booking is scheduled to begin, you will forfeit 50% of the booking costs.
I have a two-hour cancellation policy for all check-in service bookings!
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least two hours prior to when the service is scheduled to begin.
If you cancel less than two hours in advance, you will not receive a refund for your services.
