About Ourselves

Hey there!

Our names are Jacquelynn & Graden, and we LOVE animals!

Being pet owners ourselves, we have extensive experience walking, grooming, feeding, playing with, and caring for pets.
We have both grown up with animals always present in our homes, and our love for critters is something that we've carried into our adult lives.

Our families have owned many animals over the years, from leopard geckos to sugar gliders, so
we are confident caring for all sorts of pets including cats, dogs, ferrets, birds, lizards, fish, etc. We also have experience caring for farm animals such as chickens, horses, llamas, and goats.

Jacquelynn has been a volunteer at the Steven's County Cat Clinic (Colville, Washington), Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services (Spokane, Washington), and American Heritage Wildlife Foundation (Clark Fork, Idaho). I am also currently attending online classes with Unity Environmental University (Unity, Maine) for a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Health and Behaviour. I am a full-time remote employee as well as a full-time remote student so I will be present with your pets in my home almost 100% of the time.

Graden received his Bachelor's degree in Geography and has worked with several non-profit organizations such as The Lands Council (Spokane, Washington) and Scotchmans Peak Wilderness (Clark Fork, Idaho).
Our top priority is the care & comfort of your friends! In allowing us to care for your pets, we will ensure that they have access to fresh water, get ample amounts of supervised potty breaks, and receive medications accurately and on time. Most importantly, we guarantee that your pets will be showered in love and affection.

You, as the pet parent, will also have peace of mind receiving updates and pictures throughout the day to show how your friends are doing while in our care.
For overnight boarding we have three LARGE (48") crates, allowing us to accommodate a boarding set-up of up to 3 dogs a night. For the safety of your pet(s) they will be crated at night and anytime we are unable to keep a close watch on them (When we are cooking or eating for example). We both work from home and are up early in the morning to start our shifts. If your pet(s) are NOT crate trained, our home is not a good fit for overnight boardings.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you tell us if your pet has aggression issues as we often board pets from different families at the same time. 🐾

If you choose to drop off your pets for day care or boarding services, they will spend the day with us outside in the yard and in "The Pet Parlor" (our office). They will not have access to the main dwelling areas of our home as we have an elderly cat that we try to keep as stress-free as possible.
We ask that you please bring anything that your pets may need for their stay. Enough food, collar/harness, etc.

We have the following items available for use during the boarding, but some people prefer to supply their own...

Dog crates

Dog beds

Dog food/water bowls

Leashes

Toys (tennis balls, tug of war ropes, etc.)

Treats (I reward with Plato Small Bites Duck, Salmon, and Lamb flavoured treats) 🐾
