Update Pawse from the App Store
Force-quit and reopen the app
Restart your iPhone
Reinstall Pawse (your purchases restore automatically)
Restore Purchases (iOS)
Open Pawse → Settings → Restore Purchases and ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Subscriptions & refunds
Subscriptions are managed by Apple in Settings → Subscriptions.

Where’s the breathing timer?
Open Pawse and tap Start to begin a session. Choose options from 1 minute to 120 minutes.
I don’t hear audio.
Check your device volume and silent switch, then confirm the in-app Volume slider. Some tracks fade in gently.
How do I unlock more cats, sounds, or themes?
Earn Purrls by completing sessions and daily bonuses, then unlock items in Adopt-a-Buddy and Choose Theme.
What is Pawse Plus?
An optional upgrade for longer sessions, extra custom gradient slots, ad-free experience, seasonal packs, and a Purrls boost. Manage it in Settings → Subscriptions.
My streak or Purrls didn’t update.
Make sure the session fully completed and you saw the finish screen. If the app was closed mid-session, try a quick 1-minute session to verify.
Does Pawse work offline?
Yes for the timer and installed assets. Some checks (like purchases) may require internet.
