By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS

References/moodboards/even a quick doodle of what you're looking for is very helpful & MUCH appreciated, but not required if a clear text description is given.

If you are looking for an existing character to be drawn, please provide a clear visual reference.

Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

If you do not follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. If a larger piece is over 100 USD, I will allow half to be paid upfront and the other half to be paid upon completion.

I primarily take payment through Ko-fi/Paypal. Please let me know what works best for you.

III. PROCESS

I usually start with a sketch or few if I have multiple ideas, which I will share with you for approval along the way. I typically send WIPs of the sketch stage, the lineart stage, and then final. Mistakes will always be corrected without charge, but major touch-ups/changes to the final piece may come at an extra cost if I have to redraw something completely.

The time for your commission to be completed can be from a week to a couple of months depending on many factors such as:

Health, type of commission, queue position, work, personal issues. Regardless, I will remain professional and courteous. Please keep in mind that I work full-time at a physically laborious job, but I try my best to have a quick turnaround.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself with it in any place or site.

Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (such as a banner or icon) unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures. 

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent. (I allow changes as long as you ask first!) This includes using it in Generative AI.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

Refunds will not be issued if I am past the sketch stage, unless any of the factors listed earlier get in the way of me completing the commission in a timely manner.
