We all know that there are many benefits of physical activity (even if we can't name them all!)...but is there any evidence of it being beneficial for Huntington's disease? In short: yes there is evidence, and as with a lot of things, the longer story is that more research is needed to look into benefits over time, at different stages, and the different types of physical activity.
