About Me

Hi there! paulytools was a username I made when I was 6 years old playing Webkinz. It's been some time since I've played that.

I happen to like ponies, and I have an Original Character (OC). It's basically my persona. I created the basis of it back when me and my friends began to play Minecraft Modpacks (particularly around when we played Tekkit / Tekkit Lite) years ago, after we found the Mine Little Pony mod. It was so I could have my own OC as my skin. My other friends did the same and made their own (at least some of them).

I always have loved technology, exploring the capabilities of it and the things others have made (like games)! Technology today really allows us to do so much more, and I'm grateful for it.

Graduated from FGCU with a B.S. in Software Engineering Spring 2020.

Creating is one of the greatest things for me. It is the ultimate thing I strive for. However, I have to note the immense amount of perseverance, dedication, and consistency to work with my systems & plans.

I like programming, music production, writing in my journal, gaming, doing digital art edits, and talking / doing things with my friends.

I love challenging games and hardcore (HC) modes. I use my username for everything, so if I play it, I'll be on there.

I love music -- Listening and making. I/EDM, fast paced instrumentals, slower & more ambient, female vocals, complexity & variance in melodics & rhythms, complexity in song structure, Drum 'n Bass, Acid, Jungle, Breakbeat, Jazz, Genre Fusion.

I love writing in my Journal. As of Dec 2020, 570,000+ words have been written in it since late 2015 when I began. I will continue to write as I need to reflect upon the things I do and experience. It helps me to remember things which ultimately helps me to improve my system.

Planning & scheduling is an invaluable tool. Google Calendar is great for this. Prof. Vanselow, a professor I had at FGCU highly recommended the tool, so much to make it an assignment to use Google Calendar! Ever since they have recommended it, it is something I have always considered. Time management is a skill.

My 力 is the sum of all things that are best and the principles to be followed for optimal improvement. True 力 is the rate of improvement upon 力. Maximum attunement with 力 leads to maximum improvement.

I utilize a systems based approach. The view is that systems are put into practice and continuously improved upon.
