**Paul the Missionary**

## The short version
Paul the Missionary collects no data about you. Nothing is gathered, stored,
transmitted, sold, or shared. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising,
no tracking, and no third-party software development kits in the app.
## What we collect
Nothing.
The app makes no network requests of its own. The map, the routes, the
accompanying text, and every photograph are bundled inside the app and read from
your device. Specifically, the app does not collect or receive:
- your name, email address, or any contact information
- your location, whether precise or approximate
- device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or your IP address
- usage or analytics data, crash reports, or diagnostic data
- contacts, photos, calendars, health data, or any other information from your
device
- purchase history, financial information, or payment details
Because the app stores nothing about you, there is nothing for us to lose, and no
data of yours for us to hand to anyone else.
## Tracking
The app does not track you. It does not link any information to you or to your
device, does not use the Advertising Identifier, and does not share anything with
data brokers or advertising networks.
## Permissions
The app asks for no system permissions. It does not request access to your
location, camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or notifications.
## Links to other websites
Beneath each full-screen photograph is a "Source" link to the photograph's page
on Wikimedia Commons, so that its photographer and licence can be verified. If
you tap it, the page opens in Safari, outside the app. At that point you are
visiting Wikimedia's website, and the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy
applies to your visit, not ours. We receive no information about whether you
follow that link or what you do afterwards.
## Children
The app is suitable for all ages and contains no data collection, advertising, or
external content beyond the source links described above. Because we collect no
personal information from anyone, we collect none from children, and nothing is
knowingly gathered from users under the age of 13.
## Purchases
The app is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no
advertising, and it processes no payments.
## Your rights
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct,
export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal
data about you, so there is nothing to access or erase. If you would like that
confirmed in writing, write to the address below and we will say so.
## Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever collects data — for example crash reporting,
or photographs loaded over the network — this policy will be updated before that
version is released, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.
The App Store privacy label for the app will be updated to match.
