Impact and Evaluation - in NGOs, NPOs, global development, higher education, particularly when new technologies or digital data / knowledge intensive work is involved. This is what I would call, "development 2.0", in a broader sense. Advice I offer  includes:

• Advice on overall evaluation scope, themes, capacity building

• Designing or editing Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact proposals

• Designing or editing evaluation materials and toolkits

• Capacity building / training, sessions or workshops on:  

  • evaluation baselines

  • case studies

  • data collection tools, interviews, focus groups, surveys

  • monitoring systems, mid/term or end/term evaluations

  • communicating outcomes, impacts, & emerging impacts

  • using data & impacts in broader organisational strategies

  • Researching alignment with frameworks e.g. TOMS, VfM, SDGs

  • Reviewing evaluation data and evidence
