Paul Favret is a well-known name in the oil, gas, and energy industries, following many successes and accomplishments. As a former CEO and founder of Resource Energy, he successfully accumulated about 115,000 acres and an interest in more than 384 additional wells through prior business purchases.

Previously, Mr. Fayret was the CEO and founder of Source Energy Partners, a Denver-based E & P firm focused on high-impact resource opportunities in Colombia (now LaLuna Resources), Europe, and the United States.

Education was a crucial step to building the immense career that Mr. Favret has today. He has a B.S. in Geology from Western Carolina University, where he graduated as magna cum laude. He also has a degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of South Carolina, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, summa cum laude.

With his educational background and talents, Mr. Favret has developed innovations and issued eight US patents for various upstream oil and gas exploration approaches. This is why he emphasizes support for education and its significance to individuals and society outside of the industry. As a result, he has dedicated his philanthropic efforts to educational projects for youth in Denver County, Colorado.
