A: No. Funny you ask though! Way back before ‘Paul Brandt the singer’ was famous, ‘Paul Brandt the trucking company owner’ saw a tremendous opportunity for a partnership. 'Paul Brandt the singer' was scheduled to perform at the Morris Stampede, a weekend rodeo that takes place annually in Morris, MB - a town also known for being the location of Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd! ‘Paul Brandt the trucking company owner’ approached ‘Paul Brandt the singer’ before his concert and asked if he could bring him up to the stage in one of the company’s trucks. This seemed like a good idea to ‘Paul Brandt the singer,’ who also saw the tremendous opportunity for a partnership. So that’s what happened, and the concert was a great memory for both ‘Paul Brandts.’ Years later, ‘Paul Brandt the singer’ collaborated with Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. to use some of the company’s trucks in his ‘Convoy’ video.
In the years since, ‘Paul Brandt the singer’ has continued not only his friendship, but also his business relationship with Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. - trucks and trailers have assisted in a number of his North American tours and various charity drives, and he’s even stopped in for a surprise intimate and interactive performance during the company’s annual Christmas Banquet. So, all in all, it really has been a tremendous partnership, and all signs point to a continuation of what can best be defined as a friendship that began simply… with a name.
